Where We Are:
Our Building

The parishioners of St. Andrew and St. George have a beautiful A-frame red brick church in which to worship.  It seats approximately 200 people.  The two-manual Casavant organ challenges its marvelous acoustics and provides powerful uplifting music.  On the lower level we have a hall and kitchen.  The kitchen has been redecorated and features a new state of the art dishwasher.  The parish offices are affixed to the side of the church and the sacristy functions from there as well.

The church is on a corner lot in the downtown area of Trail.  It features a garden, tended by parishioners, which is currently (summer 2008) being re-designed completely to be a haven of peace and tranquillity for passersby as well as parishioners.

We are the only church in town that rings its bell.  The bell is dedicated to Father "Pat" Henry Irwin, the church's founder (1896).

The parish owns a three bedroom, two level rectory with a fully finished basement.  It is located in a well maintained subdivision about ten minutes drive from the church.  It is situated across the street from an elementary school.  There are three parks within a few minutes walk.  It is air conditioned and has a good size fenced yard and a carport.
